Travspire
Arjun, Satya and Ami are passionate about changing the way people experience India.
We met them in a coffee shop in Indiranagar, and spoke at length about their vision and plans, all the places they had been and wanted to go and it was quite amazing! We knew they were on to something and it was going to be a project we would love working on.
Design & Solution
Arjun wanted the site to be driven by riveting imagery and while he is an awesome photographer himself, he had tied up a network of photographers who would contribute to the site. That became the pivotal design direction we took with the site.
As each travel experience and package was unique, they wanted a way to clearly tell people what they were signing up for and give them a nice flavour of what each experience would involve. For the first phase, we built a way for users of the site to quickly pick a package or experience they could explore and read about and get the basic information about that package with a quick glance.
Backend
This site is powered by WordPress, which houses all the content and we customized it to be very simple for adding new content. With the use of the amazing ‘Advanced Custom Fields’ plugin for WordPress, we were able to create a simple, logical backend dashboard that makes adding new content simple and intuitive.
We’ve created quite an elaborate menu for new travel locations and experiences that will be added to the site and it will grow dynamically with these new additions.
