Citrix Systems provides server and desktop virtualization, networking, software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud computing technologies for more than 230,000 organizations worldwide. Citrix India’s online presence has long been part of the global site network, but needed a space of its own. Seventh Inc put together the site, getting us to develop the immersive front page splash.
The splash provides four distinct sections leading visitors into different areas of the site and introducing them to the atmosphere of at Citrix. Live tweets from Citrix services and employees are plotted to a world map. The video player measures users current connection speed and adjusts the required buffer size for continuous play. The careers section provides a start to the resume submission form starting with key questions for potential employees in a slick form enticing use.
The Knowledge Quiz is a dynamic quiz that plots your answer against previous users giving you a bearing of where you stand. It has a full back end interface to add questions and check answer rates and correct percentages.
The entire banner is structured in XML and can be extended to include more tabs when necessary.
